I recently moved to IMT and it was a great move-in experience, special thanks to Ricky for all support during the whole process. What a great team they have, everyone is so nice, polite, greeting with smiles & always there to help you.
Kudos to the entire maintenance team as well, knowledgeable and one call away !! I called the emergency maintenance number few days back, at 10PM, for a water leakage issue & it was was fixed with-in 30 mins from reporting. Please keep it up !!
This is a wonderful place to live! Both the grounds keepers and maintenance staff (especially Maddox R), are so kind and helpful. Residence services, likewise, is super kind and personable. This apartment complex has a renovated side and non-renovated side. I highly recommend the renovated side! Amenities on both sides are great, and the business center has come in very handy. I have had no issues in the 7 months I’ve been here, and plan on staying! Will update if anything changes.
I loved IMT CoolSprings community and infrastructure/design. Very friendly office staff, enviroments. They always ready to listen and fix community member problems. Also, Maintenance team are so agile and provide excellent class services.
I would strongly recommend this society for aspect/future residents.
I am happy that I found this place when I moved to Franklin, an year ago. I like the way they maintain the community. IMT maintenance team is always quick in fixing maintenance requests. Recently, my stove stopped working. When I reported it, they started working on it as quick as possible. When the condition of appliance was found bad, they ordered a new one immediately, tracked it and ensured it is replaced as quick as possible. I take this opportunity to appreciate Nicole, the service coordinator, for handling it efficiently.
I don’t normally go on here and write reviews, but when you receive outstanding customer service I had to take the time to write a review. I love IMT Cool Springs! Everyone working here is fantastic, I actually dealt with a young lady named Nicole, and my experience with her was outstanding! She fully answered all my questions, was knowledgeable, and friendly. This place and Nicole made me feel welcomed, and I would recommend living here to anyone looking for an apartment.
I am writing to express my gratitude to Nicole for her quick response and assistance in helping me change my storage unit. I applied for a storage unit, but after signing the lease and seeing the unit, I realized that it was too small for my needs. Nicole was able to quickly and easily change my reservation to a larger unit without any issues. I am very impressed with her customer service and would highly recommend her to anyone else who needs help.

The maintenance person was quick, efficient, and friendly. Both issues were resolved at one time despite me not following the process and submitting separate tickets. He was GREAT! The app makes the process so easy and everyone is friendly. I love this complex!
